I ship products via USPS unless otherwise requested. Items currently in stock will be shipped out within 3 - 5 business days.
Custom orders are expected to arrive within 2 - 3 weeks depending on item and season.
Return & Exchange Policy
It is my goal that you are totally satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not please contact me after getting your order. I will do my best to offer a solution of exchange, replacement or refund. Each item is handcrafted by me and has met my personal standards of high quality and care. Although minor imperfections are possible as are slight variations in colors are seen from different devices.

Return policy is within 10 Days of delivery.
Conditions of Return: Customer is responsible for Return postage cost.
CUSTOMIZED COASTERS
All coaster sets can be customized made in a set of 4 or 6 piece set. No coaster can be duplicated as they are Unique in there own design. You can choose the shape, colors of the coasters you would like. You can also add 1 Initial to two coaster out of your 4 piece set. Custom orders will take Approximately 2-3 weeks.
